BFH: AI Rules for Your Thesis
It depends on your department. Bern University of Applied Sciences lets students use AI tools only within the framework BFH sets, and the concrete rules come from departments and degree programmes, with modules able to go further. Lecturers decide how AI-generated content in written work is labelled. We found no BFH-wide thesis declaration form.

What you have to do
Ask your supervisor before you start writing and keep a short log of every AI use (tool, date, task, what you kept). The declaration is much easier to fill in from a log than from memory.
